PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT & EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING PADA KARYAWAN BANK
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar kontribusi perceived organizational support terhadap employee well-being pada karyawan bank. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan cluster sampling dan diperoleh data sebanyak 110 orang karyawan yang bekerja di Bank Aceh Syariah. Analisis data penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS Statistics versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived organizational support memberikan kontribusi sebesar 31,9% atau (R2=0,391) terhadap employee well-being pada karyawan Bank Aceh Syariah.
