JOB INSECURITY DAN EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING PADA PEGAWAI BANK ACEH SYARIAH
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana kontribusi job insecurity terhadap employee well
being pada pegawai PT. Bank Aceh Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif
dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan cluster sampling dan diperolehh data
sebanyak 110 orang pegawai. Analisis data yang digunakan merupakan analisis regresi linear
berganda dengan IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis nilai signifikansi secara
simultan F 0.629 > 0.05 tidak memberikan kontribusi antara job insecurity (social relationship,
employement condition, working condition dan job content) terhadap employee well- pada pegawai
PT. Bank Aceh Syariah.
